John, love your cinqain, a big fat 7 and thanks for visiting my poem, dark now the thing is that I wrote 2 cinqain dark which I love and sweet which I like, I looked at the sponsors poems and it seems she does not write dark so I entered sweet, hummm. ..now I am not sure

Thanks for the high marks. As for contest submissions, I just write what I write in response to the prompt of the contest without concern for results yet keep it within the scope of the theme.....the rest is up to the sponsors judgement.
