Let eyes close lightly 
Breaths go slow
As darkness takes over
Colours will glow

From another 
Words are said
Using my voice 
Inside my head

Images now
Places seen
Which in this life
I've never been

Now emerging
From this trance
Messages passed
A loved one's chance

Only they will know
The meaning of such
Sent from a spirit
A loving touch
