Exiting Delusion - Landay
Seeking blissful joy in permanence
The deluded yet engage in mind body parlance
Our astonishment thus knows no bounds
As spiralling fears and desires do twirl us around
Recognition not liberation
Until suffused with love as our orientation
Nestled in stillness we are centred
Imbibing the bliss current which within us canters
Inner and outer in alignment
We flow on unresistant in blissful contentment
