Exhale the Ocean

Your infinite cerulean waters
Took my breath away, and
Your sandy beaches tranquil my feet
And tickled my toes

The night air soothing winds
Embraced my cool skin as I
Watched the waters meet the heavens
Touching starry skies shining bright

With my arms extended, I inhale the ocean
Under the twilight along the water's edge
Closing my eyes, I consider
The world I hate, its wicked games
To make me stagger

Into the ripple my thoughts were released
Exhale the ocean
