Exercise Does Bless

Exercise tones the body
Heart ticks cheerfully
Stomach feels pleased
Hands are made active

Eyes become bright
Ears act highly smartly
Nose breathes with hope
Lungs dance in pleasure

All teeth jointly sing
Tongue feels jubilant
All the glands turn brisk
Brain plays great disco

Skin gets a fine glow
Blood flows like Ganges
Our body cells feel pleased
Legs walk not, but jump

Jubilantly all our body parts
Yearn to give us pleasure
All because of exercise
So do it dear, every day.
