Exercise
Bend and stretch, reach for the skies,
It is time to exercise.
Walk, jog or run, you know what's best,
Do it for at least 15 minutes, no less.
Work those biceps, work those abs;
By lifting weight and keeping tabs.
Meditate for peace of mind,
Give yourself some special time.
It may be painful, but please don't quit,
Just keep yourself physically fit.
And don't forget your Spirit man,
To exercise him, God has the plan.
Run with patience in His race,
Bend don't break, lift His name in praise.
Walk in the Spirit, leap for joy,
Shout the victory, pray to the Lord.
Kneel in worship, stretch out on His Word,
Hold fast to all that you have heard.
Meditate on God, day and night;
Both body and spirit will be all right.
