Exchanging Gifts

Come here.
The hunger in the heart is less severe
when it is shared...
when love descends from longing,
not of emptiness, but of a need
to fill...to meet there at the vortex
where the passion stirs and multiplies,
where overflowing quite escapes our eyes
but bathes our souls in tenderness
and joy.

Come here.
where fear is never known,
where kisses seize the moment;
bodies helpless to resist,
rise to the crest, and two
cannot withold their nourishment
one second more. Together now,
pour toi, pour moi

Come here!

i love the "come here" at the beginning of each verse - it's just perfect!
