Except For Calvary

Except for Calvary, I would have lost it all.
Except for Calvary, I would have missed His call.
Now I am borned again, and He is my savior and Friend.
Because of Calvary, I'll live again.

His love and grace He gave, He died my soul to save.
He set my spirit free when He went to Calvary.
He saw what I could be, and He believed in me.
I saw what He did, and now by faith I believe in Him.
Except for Calvary my life and Light would be dim.

He made my life anew, He did what he had to do.
He was driven by His love for me and you.
He obeyed His Fathers will, and died on Calvary.
Except for calvary we would all be lost.
Thank God He went to Calvary, there He paid the cost.
