Evolution
Lizard Brain begins
to approach pleasure
and avoid pain
awakening a hypocampus
for safety
within the herd.
Slowly snapses fire
to begin thinking,
growing human,
rationalizing ...
surely it must be
the neocortex
to overcome and become
Angel Brain
(in order to finally see
the big picture)
as a persistent
Lizard Brain
crawls around
the halo.
