Everywhere
I can't look anywhere and
not find you - not the heavens
where the light of a million stars
converge, after thousands of years
and then slip into tomorrow where
other eyes gaze; nor the sea
you loved so, where waves both
crash and soothe or November morns
when the river fog slips low and
whispers in the valleys.
You are everywhere and swirl
all around pieces of my sanity and
hold them together - hold them
where I need them to be ...
