There is pain
When love is not known
A pain that surges through
My very soul
Never ceasing
Never showing
I've learned
To no longer feel
Emotions only lead
To more pain
I can no longer
Deny
That I do not truly know
Emotions
To feel is an alien concept to me
Yet I feel everything
