Everyone Struggles

Everyone Struggles

There's beauty in struggle, 
There's feeling in pain.
There is a reason for everything.

Life is filled with lessons.
Some may be easy and others hard.
Some may be painless
While others are arduous.

You face small conflicts almost everyday
And bigger ones are always on the way
You’ve got to be brave and you’ve got to stand tall
No matter what they say you will not fall

Lost
Yes that is what you may be
Confused
Because what you see is not reality




You were not taught to give up in the face of fear
You were taught to survive
That it was always live or die
And you, you did what it took to live
To survive

You didn’t fail
You stood tall and proud
Once it was all done and over
You realized that yes you may struggle
And yes you may want to give up at times
But in the end the accomplishment could never be greater
