Notes About The Poem

Everyday a Sunday

In retirement more and more
Everyday feels like a Sunday
It doesn’t start that way
But it certainly ends that way
Like no matter what I did today
Rest, play or work
Tomorrow feels like it’ll be a Monday
When the week begins
And everything starts again.
