Every Time

I can't describe how much I feel.
All I know is that whenever I think of you,
My heart is beating much too fast,
I get dizzy,
I get butteflies,
and every other cheesy cliche.

Every time I talk to you,
I'm careful to choose my words,
afraid to say anything stupid.
To scare you away.

Every time I see you,
My world becomes a million times brighter.

This poem is much to sappy for my taste, but this is how I feel (:

ah emotions of the heart, never too cheesy, more poets should go back to the basics, because it still makes good writing and good poetry
