Swinging gaily from a limb so high - li'l MacIntosh, the apple of his mother's eye; from the other side of that self-same limb, a worm came crawling after him. He'd told his mother as he left home, to the Big Apple, he would roam. Life's a little sweet and a little tart for mothers with a broken heart.
