Every Creature Has a Hidden Agenda

Every creature has a hidden agenda Every dream tells different story With secrets lashing from opposite directions; So think of the storm on Christmas day, Rain taking vacation during planting season, Wind and dust on wedding day, Or friends forever changing their minds; For we live in the midst of distinctiveness With crossroads everywhere Conflicts surrounding our unique journeys' Resurrecting doubts in every corner, So in spite of happiness in our valleys Every creature has hidden agenda In spite of joy growing among us, Every creature has hidden agenda, And despite sweetness hanging upon our lives, We still hold on to our forbidden treasures Secrets hanging in our hearts Sheltering our separate formations That keeps us tight to our hidden agendas For our bond is not immortal It is like bunch of tree leaves Truth and honesty are not guaranteed, For every creature has hidden agenda Thoughts manipulation is our daily bread, For we all have hidden agendas
