He silences the heart who is afraid,
with gentle promises He’s made…
He delights in the spirit who gives,
those whose dream still lives…
He destroys the darkness of pain,
with grace that quiets the rain…
He remembers the heart who believes,
despite the sorrow that grieves…
He never lets anyone down,
expresses the greatest love around…
He heals the heart who is hurting,
introducing hope that’s converting…
He restores the broken from their weeping,
revealing a magnificent that is worth keeping…
He erases the shadows with His grace,
creating a song that hearts can’t replace…
He delivers the soul from eternal destruction,
rebuilding a life through amazing reconstruction…
He abides on the inside, where He heals us,
pursuing the hearts whose adoration we’ll discuss…
He is the answer to my prayers, forever there,
because of His love, I’ll never need to despair…
He leads the spirit to a paradise of hope,
fulfilling expectations so hearts can cope…
He is wiser than the sun, shining in the sky,
promising a love that will never ask why…
He smiles on the dancing leaves of autumn,
reassuring those who have hit rock bottom…
He is the peace that puts the soul at ease,
beautiful devotion can be felt in the breeze…
He colors the lives of those He loves deeply,
with hues of creativity that inspires completely…
He is my whole world, my life, my reason,
without Him, my heart is out of season…
He happens in the trembling moments of joy,
sharing a kindness that will never annoy…
He is the whisper, the sigh, the breathtaking,
astonished by this love that is truly earthshaking…
He is my hope, my faith and my peace…
I know – I must decrease so He can increase…
He is the answer to all the prayers I’ve prayed,
cherishing this love that can always persuade…
He is my life, my love, my everlasting,
grace this good assures that love is the forecasting…
He kindles a faith that is so amazing,
because of Him, my heart is ever praising!
