Evening's the Time I Think

Evening's the time I think, When the world's most at peace, When all the day's cares cease. The sun rests beyond touch. The young moon desires much. The stars yawn---All awake! Like June fireflies they blink And wait for dawn to break. Sometimes one will fly And leave its perch of sky. I watch it in its flight Soar off into the night. Evening's its time I think.
