Evening Sky

She wears a gown of saffron silk
bordered with black leaf lace,
the moon her silver circlet clasp
with sparkling stars encased;
she dips satin slippers in the sea,
we her opalescent footprints trace.

Dear Faye, the splendor of the evening sky is captured in your use of striking colors and dainty elegance.. “the moon her silver circlet clasp” is simply stunning. Your vivid imagery creates a beautiful twilight ambience. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

So lovely Faye. Love your personification of the evening sky as a gentile lady wearing "satin slippers," "saffron silk," and a "silver circlet." This is as delicate as the evening sky herself. Enjoyed this lovely picture.
