Eve, I Loved You

I needed you, beautiful lady from my past
I won't forget you for decades
Your memory erased everything from my mind
I think, I wish, I dream, I imagine only you
Beautiful lady, you refreshed my life
You gave me a new style, a new life
From far away, from the mountains of Mátra
You, the beauty and diamond of Hungary

I love you, hmm, but why? You are silent
Do you enjoy my suffering? I think yes
But you must know, my heart is honest
My witness is Fryent County Park
These lines were written from here
Remember this guy always
He loves you, a crystal stream
