Evaporate Me

I've thought it over carefully.
   Evaporate. That's my choice.
No funeral; no oddly posed corpse
arranged with great care in a wooden frame.
   Not burial or cremation.
   Just evaporation.
Like I was just a refreshing splash
of summer rain and the sun erased me.
   I'll live in your memories.
I promise you'll live in mine.
