Ethology of the Slack Jawed
What kind of erroneous stink drifts so heavily in this 5X5 home
We have constructed with mud and sticks
I sleep with feet piercing through the front/back door
The cicadas are nesting between my toes up to my nose
The morning has slung its unnecessary burdens upon the scion tendrils
Shooting from earth cracks in the garden
For those with phloem, it is certainly time to address photosynthesis
Take it or leave it
Like it or not
My hands are coated with the dreams of someone else's ghetto parking-lot perfume
I rub weeds on them over the place mat/front porch
In attempt to remove the added waft
So singing to the little birdies that shat on my car long before my departure
From vertical to horizontal
Kinda makes me feel a little more like bathing in the estuary
Once again
