Etherium

Somewhere betwixt a lucid dream and falling
a wounded mind cries out in calling
for some sure ground to grasp, clinging
yet purchased stone digs in, stinging

Dangling o'er misty abyss
convexly hanging from precipice
the dreamer holds onto a thought
but time strips away and it's forgot

Slipping, falling
vainly calling
blinded by fated fall

Turning, yearning
always burning
deafened by the dreaming call

Landing, waking
veiled earth quaking
the dreamer stirs to life

Searching, praying
never saying
the dreamer stirs to life
