EternitY

There is no time left
I feel like it’s a bittersweet thing
You think I’m bereft
Of love from above and everything?

I became someone else
I am the shore and the shells,
Rapidly going to and fro
You came to ruin the show

But, I feel at one with eternity
An eternity with God, oh, I see
That you’re not alone in your struggles
That you’re not alone with your endless trials

Sin worn me thin…
Where do I begin?
You and I lose and win
I’m but a worthless pin

I need discipline and more
I need joyousness ashore
I want to be hopeful and full of faithfulness
I want love, but love is too high above as I drift away in hopelessness

Will this stuck feeling be an eternity?
No, but His word of wisdom will
Will this luck of survival be with me possibly?
Yes, but I must pay my sin’s bill

I’m cheery and teary…
I’m barely alive and weary
I’m dearly holding on to you
I’m holding on to bitter rue too

Bare my soul of loneliness
Scare away the demons and let me be free
From my mindset of madness
Summon some good thoughts of pure beauty

The realm of radiance…
Is my true moonlit dance…
I’m remembering you once more
In a shade and hue of love forevermore

Love, begin with this life coming to an end
Love, you’re the only one that can truly mend
My sweltering soul and my shackled spirit
Lacks wit and legitimate adoration of ours I admit

My churning sea reaps burning fire of desire that sows ire I don’t admire and it’s not of my appeal — with you, eternally, I’m not bored
I consider the eternality of His Kingdom of serenity, His essence of an elegant empire and He isn’t a liar, but a truthful zealous Lord
