Eternally Combined Continued

Then one day she was running, she saw something beautiful.
She smiled walking towards him and asked how and why, as if dutiful.
He was different, she was different,
They both knew, between them was a current,
Something that would never work out, never last.
They felt tension, secrets, someone’s past.
They could not hold back, she told her secret, as did he.
They opened up as if they had each others key.
She was astonished, something she could never have guessed.
A vampire. At first she thought it was all a test.
But she knew it be true, their confession
Out in the open, they were now each others possession.
She wanted something, something that made him ask why.
She wanted to be like him. Why? She could not clarify.
Maybe it was his long black hair or his cold pale lips.
No, forever, always joined at the hip.
Though she got her wish, this wasn’t it.
She was Beautiful, pale and cold, as when he bit,
But she was only half. A Hybrid forever.
But this is better than never.
They lived forever, eternally combined,
And when they past a human, they were always kind.
So if she had something to confess,
She could always cry in his chest.
And if there is something to fill, one last piece,
Their love will always be there and never cease.
