Eternal Love

You’re my thought - When I think of hope
You’re my light - When I think of the soul
You’re my color - When I think of beautiful
You’re my music - When I think of dancing

Thanks to you, I know what it is
To love without doubting,
To love and to give…
Thanks to you, I know the meaning
Behind the gentleness, the sensitive,
The grace and peace, the joy that believes

Thanks to you, I know – without a doubt,
The wonder and sweetness of never
Allowing darkness to enter my heart,
Never allowing fear to destroy my dreams,
Never allowing the tears to silence my prayers

Thanks to you, I know the love that is forever
The love that leaves its shadow
Beneath the despair and disillusion,
Restoring faith when there is confusion,
Making a way through every suspicion,
Reminding the soul that joy comes to those 
Who listen to the light – and always believe

You’re my thought – when I think of grace
You’re my light – when I think of faith
You’re my reason – for finding the way
You’re my friend, my blessing, my chance
To know that love will never fail, love is always there.
Love like this brings the soul true peace

I love you always – with love that continues on
Despite the worry or sorrow – this love is eternal!
