Eternal Blue
Blue against blue,
Mine are sea-like,
Yours more bright,
Fresh and planetary,
Worlds I know and
Love and explore.
No flowers or fruits
Are brushed with enough sky
To merit comparison.
Only nature’s strongest;
Sapphire,
Topaz,
Agate,
Can claim a likeness
To your eternal blue.
