Eternal Bliss

I remember the day I met you 
You looked at me and smiled
I looked at you just the same and blushed

We walked along the woods,
gazed at the trees and flowers around us
I picked a rose for you and offered my love
You accepted it without hesitation.
Then you hugged me so tight and said,
  "This must be it!"

I whispered, "Yes" to your ears
  as I carried you in my arms.
You looked above the clouds and wished
  that the whole day will never end
I wished the same thing too
Until the moonlight appeared
  and we fell asleep together that night

We stood up in the early morn
Praying that the coming days and nights 
  will always be the same
We will not tire caring for each other forever
Loving and staying together until the last day
  we will never say never
