Eternal
Our love will be eternal, this I know to be
true; I see it in the way you look at me, and
I feel it when I look back at you.
The way you say I love you, reaches the
dark corners of my hidden discontent, and
lights them up with all it's forgiving
wonders, and drifts away all my regrets.
You are my inner peace, the tune my heart
sings while I sleep, as I await for you to be
lying next to me; the thought that allows
me to breathe, to relax-because your love
sets me free.
