Escape
In the darkness where shadows dwell.
Is there strength in bitterness
or only decay.
When the unknown springs wide
those massive jaws.
How hard do you try to run away?
In the moment you think
all will be well-
panic sets in
and only time will tell.
In this darkness where shadows dwell.
Waiting for a light,
to wash away that forever night.
