Equinox

Here comes Autumn's pallid pall-
It stealthily creeps; it silently crawls
Bringing the air of the Season's despair
(For Misery is Comfort, after all)

The changing of leaves, my Psyche aggrieved!
The Fall in all of its Depression
Alas! The lessening light, the worsening my plight-
My face- a somber expression...

I relate to the effects as well. Snow and cold are NOT my favorite things. Well crafted as usual :)

I guessed right about you, so I should rephrase, tell me again why you like winter? Just for that snow? My house sits on a hill so when it snows I just want to die, because I feel so stressed when my car won't get up the hill and I am afraid to miss work!

To answer both questions: I'm a big boy, and heat doesn't mix well with us big boys lol. I just like the crispness of cold weather and fall/winter fashions, also. And I love the shorter days, even though they have a detrimental effect of my psyche. Thanks for the review, hon :)

Born and bred in a Mediterranean region, up till now I've been unaware of SAD disorder - or mayhaps just simple ignorance. The stats are frightening and it seems people living in extreme weather conditions are hardest hit. I feel for you, JTAP. Sending you warm smiles and heaps of sunshine. Licia :-)
