Entering Inner Silence

Let us try to be still without trying, for if we do strive, then how may we be still? We speak, of course of our mind, spawning thoughts without any rest, even during sleep, dream forms pursue, miring consciousness, in hypnotic trance. A rotating wheel takes time to slow down. The same then applies to fickle thought. Feeding not our fears and desires, we are released from bondage. No longer thus pampered, ego borne thoughts fade. One with silence, awareness brightly glows. 04-December-2020

"to be still without trying" is an art form only a few understand and can experience.

Yes and yet we may transition to thought rested awareness, by choosing connecting rather than grasping, flowing rather than stagnating.
