Enough is enough

Our marriage was a sham, We fought and argued all the time There was no love lost between us We were like train tracks going parallel in the same direction but merging nowhere, We were at each other's throats. Finally, I had had it enough-- I caught hold of her arm dragged her through the hallway, Threw her out of our home and slammed the door shut. For a long time I leaned against the door holding my breath in the grip of a terrible concern, But finally breathed a sigh of relief; Good riddance! That's it. No more... I heard a feeble knock, "I am sorry, let me in," She cried softly. “No, absolutely Not,” I barked, “I am not taking it anymore.” "Please, give me another chance," She sobbed, "I'll make our marriage work, Please open the door." “NO!” "I...I...LOVE...You".... ............................ ... And, I opened the door!
