Enough

Enough:
The wind outside cannot touch my Heaven,
I’m protected by the walls that keep the cold at bay,
In my house I can stand on my own two feet
I can climb up the trees in my garden,
I can watch as the sunshine falls,
In my hands there’s a book for me to read

I am done with love,
What I have is enough… For me
I am done with love,
What I have is enough… For me

I can sit on my box, turned armchair,
And watch in awe as the seasons change,
In my hand there’s a book for me to read
In a book I can fly to the Heavens,
In a book I can swim the deepest sea,
In a book I am free…
And that is enough… For me
