Engraved
I wrote your name in the sand one day
Knowing that the sand will drift away
So I, engraved your name into my heart
Everyday I thought about you
Sitting in the tall grass
Laying there memorized by you
Blue eyes piercing through to my heart
So I wrote your name in the sky
Knowing that the wind will blow it away
So I, engraved your name into my heart once more
