Notes About The Poem

End of May

Peace, tranquility, and magnificent scope
Infused with endless light and hope.

Since we're nearing the cease of May.
Family and close friends also qualify.

While time passes without notice.
We may become lost in focus.

Until they were hit by a sudden storm.
Urging us to look for shelter to stay warm.

And pay attention to our environment.
Opted to uphold but lend a compliment.
