The clasiic US imagist is the little known Adelaide Crapsey of American cinquain fame

On my side of the pond it would from the same era be William Soutar whose cinquains appear in my chapbook FLOWERS OF LIFE (isbn 1903203473 QQ Press 2005)

CATCH 22 A window pane shatters Nobody makes a home run Note:'spaces' is an imagism form .It has a title and three line ,the middle being blank and left to the readers imagination who thus participates in the poem as one does viewing a painting in a gallery
