Enchanted Mirror

Mirror mirror on the wall,
Tell me how with grace to fall,
For years I would drench,
My body in a trench,
Never put an ounce of energy,
In cultivating my outer beauty,
Blue hair,
No hair,
Didn’t care,
Wouldn’t dare,
To try;
Well the other day,
I found my first gray,
I realized how far I’ve come,
Examine the miles I run,
Transformation,
Realization,
Of lessons learned,
Of goals earned,
I can now say I see the beauty,
That has always shone within me.
