Notes About The Poem

Enablers

Simply silent witnesses
      too cowardly to confront
  clear wrondoings, supporting...
                negativity.

     They give bullies oxygen,
   cheering from the sidelines.
Why fuel their self-destruction
          with pat on the back?

 They force-feed addicts poison
       offering encouragement
    when the medicine should be
       life-changing tough love
