Empty Room

Waiting in a room full of emptiness.
Rivers of tears burst their banks...
As ghosts of memories -
whisper between the stone walls.
Trapping of youth, no long hang
upon the walls dressed in cobwebs
of hopes and dreams.
And here I wait...
I wait for you...
to finally
return.
