Empty Glass

Last of the wine has
been dripped
               Knuckles crack
and crack 
tongue slaps the lips 
              

The TV screams
 as the commercials beg
               The children starve,

             time never ends



can you 

             really
                          trust 


your mind? as insanity only conquers 
the insane.

Yeah, tough truth.....can be overcome with one person helping one person at a time, least that is what we must hold on to. Love your honest feelings here though
