Empty

.
Down where the creamy white Magnolia blossoms are opened wide____

exposed to the rain, drizzle, cool damp air

Down where the spider's wide web woven betwix and between the Inkberry Holly and the veranda

                       The web is dotted

With dewdrops~ tiny diamonds waiting 'pon the sun so they can glisten

                            Down where

The rain ran like a river flowing in the front yard

Down to the storm drain on to the creek

Corrigated storm drains

which are filled with water to slowly drain away

                                                Evaporate
Like:

A drained heart ~ drained of all emotion, energy, and enthusiasm

                      A Heart
Who has poured out emotion, energy until, until the life force has drained away

The strong breeze has given the Vultures a way to soar.....

                                                High, Circling~~

Their flight of ease catching the currents__soar__

                                                                Look~~Search

Until they see a food source

                                    Hunger drives them~~~~

Hunger

Drives one whose heart is drained ~drained needing to fill that empty space

                                with

                                                 What?

Sara, it looks like about nature in the beginning, but turns quite deep at the end, a good piece of writing!!
