Empty

Tongue tied I can be, Lonely I may seem to be, Weak like a poverty seed, But remember, I’m a man in this world of sin Strong for my sorrows to deal Brazen like a raging wind, My heart is not for cupid anymore I understand I misunderstood, but what you don’t understand is that you misunderstood Love isn’t what I long for anymore, Happiness isn’t what I hope for anymore My feelings are barren and I’m done trying, My emotions are ghostly for centuries been buried I wish I had the answers to give to you, But all I know is I’m empty like a clock without a ram
