Adding salt to a grocery list is unusual usually the salt comes to me like a dream begging for me to include it at my table, very exclusive. Nice poem!

Ordinary moments, Sara B., are all I have now. I am mostly stuck at home. Yesterday I did get out because I had to go to get a sonogram of my veins and arteries that go down my legs because of a problem I am having. Thank you for your visit. Sara K.

Yes, Victor. I have to be careful with the salt. I use a low sodium salt and take medicine to help flush out the salt from my body which helps with the swelling, but the older I get the worse the swelling gets because of my heart problems. Sara K
