Empowered and Pardoned

Written By: D. Collins 1/28/26

Killing someone on their knees, then shot in the back?
It takes a touched individual to do something like that.
A license to kill has been quietly set loose.
Never worry if justice is ever coming for you.

Pardons are already written, just in case.
There's ever a trial for spraying gas in your face.
Kicking in doors with a memo from the agency head.
Where nothing's going to happen if you end up dead.

These are some "F'd Up" times we're now living in.
Where the cabinet members were former best of friends.
A government whose mastered the art of telling lies.
And getaway murder is the sign of the times.
