So many things are out of our control, making it hard to just go with the flow. It can be maddening to bang our head against the wall, thinking that we can change it all. Society’s view is not going to evolve overnight despite how much we put a fight. Not saying to retreat and give up as don’t want to suppress our feelings until we erupt.
But we can decide how we respond to begin building stronger bonds. Granting ourselves grace by not allowing others actions to invade our space. Giving us grounding to get through any situation underpinned by a sturdy foundation.
