Emotions Set Free

 
Woven are these pages in poetic verse,
With bare threads of our deepest feelings,
You will find laughter, tears and remorse,
and words of wisdom, prayer and healings.

I reach deep into my soul for the words,
All the sorrow, all the pain and the grief,
And set my emotions free like birds,
but I keep all the joy like a pressed fall leaf.
