Emotions Rise
emotions rise
feelings spread
thoughts grow
conscious mind
realizes them
subconscious mind
holds onto them
locking them all
up within the prison
of the mind's eye
never allowing them
to run free to grow
and change
inhibits them from
escaping their prison walls
that they themselves have
built up around themselves
