Emotions of Yearning

The bedspread of the blue sea is vast
She poses saliently silent
Serenity of the scene in my soul is sure to last
Tho' my mind is locked like absent

Like me, the Sun too is loosing the grip
As it steadily sinks
Birds are on their return trip
I bear beatings of a heart that too blinks

Sky is colorfully sketched
A single boat on return is set to sway
Haunting thoughts of my love lashed
As after a long travel, I came far away

Beneath a beautiful tree, I am seated at the shore
Artful appeal of the nature freezes my mind
Yet, I remain as if saturated with sore
And such beauty could not get me bind

Floating vessels began to bear the blue light
Twinkling stars started to whisper
My emotions weigh weird with such plight
I damn desperate, as if set down to suffer

Due to this detachment, there is no inner peace
The rage for romance remains in full
Love alone can restore one's own solace!
But who shall hear here emotions of an yearning soul ?
