Emotions

Emotions run away with our minds
To take the form of stories

No need to see, no need to be
   The stories tell it all

We find ourselves so far behind
   The stories that we tell

Nothing left but stories

The teller tells it all
No one to hear, he rambles on

To ease his mind, the story goes
Of love gone by, and other woes

And those who listen, understand
But never hear the story told

Nothing left but stories

I love a poem that develops the readers emotions... My stories are to bring a smile in emotion filled lives... Hence the Trolls... and my Hubby loves me to write about them... He gives me the ideas by talking about his Trolls in the Basement... LOL... your friend

Terry, emotions seems to sometimes take us away to a whole new level. Emotions is a strong sense of ability which will if not controlled get us into a lot of trouble. I like this writing very much and think that you done an excellent job. Thanks for sharing.
